Microland responds to the COVID pandemic… seamlessly!
Faced with a global pandemic, Microlanders called upon their kind hearts, keen problem solving skills, and technical prowess to care for clients, fellow Microlanders, and the suffering in communities around them. As we turn 32, we carry these values forward.
WFH

For communities: MicroGive, a homegrown app, helps 600 Microlanders join forces to fundraise for the Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations (PM-CARES) Fund to support the fight against COVID-19.

For Microlanders: As soon as vaccines were readily available Microland set the goal of administering the vaccine for free to Microlanders and their families across geographies. Living up to our reputation for “Making Digital Happen”, we developed MicroVax, a one-stop application for Microlanders and their families to get vaccinated in the most efficient manner.

For clients: Microlanders switched to 100% WFH over 10 days while simultaneously moving two million clients to remote work in record time. New flexible, adaptable workflows were developed, and supported and are now being modified as each client determines what a “return to normal” looks like.

PAUL GREENWOOD, CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER, CLIFFORD CHANCE
“Microland’s dedication in supporting our business during the COVID transition was outstanding. They went far beyond normal service levels to support us and this is a product of our strong, and ongoing relationship.”
